As a person living with Ehlers-Danlos and PTSD, I know how challenging it can be to FEEL healthy. In 2014, I started a community mission to encourage others to #LIVECLEAN. What is Clean Living? It’s a way of life! It encompasses purposes, products and brands that do right by our bodies and communities, and provides alternatives and holistic treatment for all lifestyles. I’ve learned that self-care starts with loving ourselves and finding the right eating plan and wellness routines that cater to our individual bodies. This year, I relaunched the clean method with my partner and renewable energy connoisseur. Our aim is not just to equip you with the right knowledge to live a clean lifestyle — we want to build a community. We hope our brand encourages you to live your best life and continue to be a proponent for wellness.
